Do you ever slow down enough to notice the fine details, the quiet presence of an animal, enough to notice the rhythm of nature when nothing is rushed? I draw because I need that stillness.
Working in pencil allows me to give full attention to what's in front of me, line by line. The detail in my work is an act of care and respect; every mark is time spent noticing what matters. I share my drawings in the hope they offer you a pause too, a moment of grounding and a reminder that we are not separate from nature, but deeply apart of it.
